Buzzing bees enjoying the necter from a mock orange bush, 
and butterflies that are too fast for me to get a good picture of.The sparrow family is back. The birds are starting their nest for this years hatchlings.
Flowers are starting to bud everywhere.
This is my front planter. I keep purple flowers here year round in memory of my mom.
Sometimes we all need to slow down a bit, take in our surroundings, and don't forget to smell the flowers along the way!

I love this! Spring is really my favorite season when everything comes to life! It just gives you so many extra reasons to be grateful and glad to be alive. I love taking it all in - I'm anxiously awaiting the budding of my garden....waiting, waiting,waiting! Thanks for sharing yours!
Oh how I wish I had beautiful flowers around my house! I was enjoying the sunshine in my backyard too, but instead of enjoying the beautiful flowers of spring, I was enjoying WEEDS! Lucky you!
So true and what a beautiful yard! I sat outside today and watched Eric and Evan wash the car, becuase it was just so nice out.
Can I come and do a scavenger hunt in your yard. I do so miss spring coming so early. Love, love the pictures!!
